The Library provides a multitude of free activities for children and families.
We have a new play area, special Tree Room, weekly storytimes, special programs, and more!
Family-Friendly Activities
We have a variety of games, toys, and books for kids of all ages to engage with. Spend time learning a new game, coloring, or snuggling up with a good book in one of our many comfy seating areas.
Safe & Interactive Computers
We have two tablets and two computers at our technology center loaded with apps to encourage reading, math, and communication skills.
These devices are completely self-contained (they have no access to the Internet) and are an excellent way for kids to learn and have fun doing it!
The Missouri State Library makes databases available to the public through the library. They contain resources to engage readers from over 367,000 books including Meet-the-Author movies, audiobook readings, book discussion guides, vocabulary lists and more.
Teaching Books is great for school libraries, classrooms, homeschool families, students, and readers of all ages.
