2024 Budget:
Service Area
The Library Center of the Ozarks provides free library service to residents, property owners, and college students in the Branson and Hollister school districts.
In August 2023, voters in the Branson and Hollister school districts approved a public library tax levy that provided funding for the newly established Library Center of the Ozarks. On average, those taxpayers pay $75.00 per year in property taxes to support the Library.
Individuals may pay an annual Out of District fee of $75.00 (per household) to use the library. Those paying an Out of District fee have the same privileges as residents.
